  What we offer for the $2.00 fee is an exact estimate cost to repair your defective Bosch Security IP PTZ Camera AutoDome Starlight 7000 VG5-7130-EPC4. We will email you our Shipping information. Please pack the camera well with your information; name address phone number and the problem with the unit. You are responsible for the shipping cost of the camera to our service center. When we receive your camera, we will perform a diagnostic evaluation and contact you with an exact cost of the repair and your return shipping charge. Once approved the repair will take approximately 2 to 4 business days. We ship via UPS or Federal Express. If you decide not to have the camera repaired all you will be responsible for the return shipping charge.
